Erika Rath was a witch and a Beater on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team in the 1980s.
Biography[]
Erika Rath was born at some point in the late 1960s or early 1970s. She started attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the early 1980s and was sorted into Ravenclaw.
At some point by 1984, Rath became a Beater on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team. She was skilled in the position, as her strength allowed her to effectively knock out opponents. As such, until the 1985-1986 school year, her team did not lose a single match after she joined and Ravenclaw won the Quidditch Cup in 1985. She, however, also had a blind spot, which caused her to accidentally hit targets which she didn't try to hit, often with a greater force than anticipated.
At the beginning of the 1985-1986 school year, her team played in a Quidditch friendly against the Slytherin Quidditch team. During this match, Rath knocked out a Chaser on the opposing team, which forced him to go to the hospital wing and unable to play for the next few matches.
During the 1987-1988, Erika Rath was the captain of the Ravenclaw Quidditch team.
